Miami Beach Condo Areas
If you are looking for Miami Beach Real Estate or Condos for Sale in the Miami or South Beach Area you’ve come to the right place!

Miami Beach is a very unique city located just off the coast of Miami on an island in the Atlantic Ocean. There are several distinctly different areas within Miami Beach that have condos for sale, namely South Beach (SoBe), Mid Beach, and North Beach. Within South Beach you have various neighborhoods like the exclusive South of Fifth (SoFi) area with it’s high end restaurants and luxurious South Beach condo buildings like the Icon, Murano Grande, Murano at Portofino, Apogee, and Continuum. These Miami Beach condos are all considered “Class A” buildings.

On the West end of South Beach, you have West Avenue with real estate condos of Miami like Bentley Bay, The Mirador, The Floridian, The Waverly, and Flamingo South Beach Condos. Most of these West Avenue condos of Miami Beach would be considered “Class B or C” buildings, which means they are still in a great location, have most of the amenities like gyms, pools, and security that one would find in the more luxurious SoFi condo buildings, but these Miami Beach condos for sale tend to be older, with the exception of a few that were built between 1996 and 2002.

In the middle of South Beach you will find Flamingo Park with the surrounding Art Deco District. Art Deco condos of Miami Beach are what South Beach is famous for. Many of these South Beach condos were built in the 1930′s. Art Deco SoBe condos may lack some of the amenities found in many Miami Beach highrise condos, but more than make up for it with with their unique appearance, historic nature, and special charm.

Of course there is the world famous Ocean Drive, which consists of mostly hotels and restaurants with a few condominium buildings sprinkled in between. Two of the nicest condos on Ocean Dr. Miami, Il Villagio and 1500 Ocean, are located at the north end of Ocean Drive.

Lincoln Road spans the whole width of the island from the ocean to Biscayne Bay. Pedestrian zones with lots of shopping, dining, and other entertainment options make up all but the first and last 2 blocks. This area is also known as the Lincoln Road mall. There are a few older buildings on the west end of Lincoln Road. At the east end, right on the beach you will find the Ritz Carlton Hotel, as well as the Decoplage South Beach condos

Last, but not least, there are the various man made Islands that have mostly single family homes on them. There are the Sunset Islands (1-4) among the most desirable of all islands surrounding Miami Beach, the Venetian Islands where one can find the Grand Venetian South Beach condos, Hibiscus Island, Palm Island, the exclusive Star Island, and the famous and secluded Fisher Island, which unlike the other islands can only be accessed by ferry.
