So a South Beach realtor’s job is easy, right ? All we do is “put the listing in the MLS and open doors.” Aside from the fact that this is a far cry from the reality of any successful real estate agent in south beach or any other place for that matter, let’s assume the only thing we did was in fact put the listing into the MLS. Doesn’t sound too hard, does it ? Unfortunately some of us can’t even get that right.

If this was my apartment, I would certainly find another realtor or assuming I was married or related to the one I’m using, at the least demand that they hire a professional photographer asap.
If you ever need to hire a realtor, do yourself a favor and use a professional instead of aunt Jenny.
