nachdem ich jetzt mehr als 3 Jahre auf der Suche nach einer Ferienimmobilie war und sehr sehr viele Objekte gesehen habe, bin ich jetzt sehr glücklich über den Kauf der Immobilie in South Beach. Ich hatte zu Beginn meiner Suche auch mit anderen (deutschsprachigen) Maklern gesprochen und schnell bei Dir feststellt, dass Du mir nicht”irgendwas schnell schnell verkaufen möchtest”. Ich habe es sehr geschätzt, dass Du Dir viel Zeit genommen hast und mir meine vielenFragen alle beantwortet hast bzw. Dir die richtigen Antworten besorgt hast. Ich hatten bei dem anderen Realtor immer den Eindruck, dass ichnicht so interesant bin, weil ich mich nicht so schnell entscheide (was wohl im Vergleich zum Amerikanischen Klient ungewöhnlich ist). Für mich immer wichtig war auch Deine offene und ehrliche Meinung zu einem besichtigen Objekt, denn während der Besichtigung hatte ichmeistens nur Augen für die schönen Dinge
