I have a special deal for a savvy investor, specifically for someone that is savvy in construction / permitting.
This unit has had some non permitted work done by the previous owner and needs to be brought up to code. We had one quote of $20-25k to get everything up to code. This amount would also give you a completely newly remodeled and updated unit at a price that is still less then the not updated comparable units in the building or you could opt to do the bare minimum to could unit up to code and still have a very nice unit at an even lower price.
